On-Site Sewage Facilities (OSSF)

On-Site Sewage Facilities (OSSF), commonly referred to as septic systems, are a reliable option for a home or business when a Sewerage, or sewer system, is not available/accessible.

Due to the nature of OSSF, the State of Texas employs strict rules and regulations regarding the planning, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of new and existing OSSF systems.  State agencies like the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Authorized Agents like the Environmental Health Division of Hidalgo County work in conjunction at a local/regional level to ensure those standards are met.  In doing so, we hope to set a foundation that will sustain the healthy tomorrow being cultivated today.
