County Indigent Health Care Program (CIHCP) & Hidalgo Blue Program

The CIHCP & Hidalgo Blue Program helps low-income Hidalgo County residents, who do not qualify for other state or federal health care programs get access to health care services.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be at or below program Federal Poverty Income Levels.
  • Must reside in Hidalgo County.
  • Must list all members in the household.
  • Must list all resources.
